Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.  (Eph 6:13)

What is a victorious life? A victorious life is a life of daily victory over sin, self, Satan and sickness. Our daily experience may not yet look like it ought to be, however God has made full provision for us all to have a full experience of victory in our daily life. Many are being defeated by sin. Some are battling with Mr Self. Some have serious torment and oppression from the devil. And sickness is the trouble of many others. Could this be the will of God for us? Definitely not. Is there a possibility of a total victory over all these forces of life? Definitely yes.

There is a requisite for a victorious life. Bible says to take unto you the whole armour of God. Why? That ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. It is as simple as this. But what are these armour? The Message Bible puts it this way: “Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet.  Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.”

What more shall we say? Friends, let us consciously see to it that we put on our armour to live a life of daily victory. Happy New Week.
