The earth and all its inhabitants are God’s, He rules over all, and He is sovereign and eternal. God dwells on high and has regenerated believers as gods who are His ambassadors on earth (Psalms 82:6). Believers are called to govern, rule, reign, dominate and dwell together with our Lord Jesus Christ on high as part of our kingdom heritage. The kingdom lifestyle is basically the life of dominion, fruitfulness, and multiplication, which must be experiential through the new birth.

When God’s purpose is defeated on earth, it is mostly traceable to failure on people’s part to participate in the agenda of God. As the action and inaction of people at every dispensation results in a further delay in the fulfillment of God’s plan. There is a need to realize what the Lord’s purposes are, so as to run with an understanding of the author Himself or you become unfit to carry out such purposes.  Remember that one of the calls of the new birth is basically to make us fit for God’s glory because all have sinned and come short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23).

Weight is essential to ascension, lightweight substances have a greater possibility of ascension. As much as we desire to ascend, we must drop every weight that will limit our ascension. God does not have a challenge seeing us ascend, it is His desire to see us soar and fly, but then, there is a mode to ascend the hill of destiny and it is with a clean hand and a pure heart. God’s eyes are pure and they don’t behold iniquity, hence you can’t ascend with iniquity.

*Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth the man that is more righteous than he? Habakkuk 1:3. As we prepare to ascend, we must get set to clean our hands and purify our hearts.

In Matthew 27:24, Jesus was brought before Pilate and with all the cry of the multitude, Pilate washed his hands but then, he didn’t wash his heart. He washed his hands to publicly proclaim he wasn’t a part of the call for the crucifixion of Jesus but then, his heart remained soiled with blood hence, he lost what could have been an opportunity to ascend. No matter how much you clean the hands, except the heart is pure, you will never ascend the hill of the Lord. A purged heart will have a greater pull, push, and consecration into the holy place to experience the fresh move of God.

Revival is coming, men who will stir the heart of God in preparation for the end time revival are ascending, don’t be left out, clean your hands but don’t leave out your heart, that’s the seal of the purity required for ascension. What do the hand and the heart mean in biblical terms? The visible and the invisible! The hands are visible but the heart isn’t visible and whoever must ascend must cleanse the hands and purify the heart. The hands and the heart is symbolic of purity and blamelessness before man and God. Man sees the hands but God sees the heart and both must be pure. How people see you matters and much more, how God sees you also matters. God is interested in both the visible and the seemingly invisible parts of your life.

How do I clean my hands and purify my heart? How do I maintain a weightless lifestyle that allows an opportunity to ascend? This is a call to expose our lives to the mirror of the word of God daily. Except the word cleanses us, we will never be clean. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his ways? It’s by the word of the Lord (Psalms119:9). It is not only applicable to young men by chronological age but every man who wants to retain the strength and vigor of youth.

Whatever is hidden from man is not a secret to God. Before the Lord, there is no secret, everything is open. The things that your spouse does not know about you are no news to God. By the time the acclaimed secrets on earth are publicly announced before your very eyes, you will be dazed. Plenty of God’s mandates on earth are yet to be fulfilled because there is no man. Not as though man does not exist, but people with clean hands and pure hearts are hard to come by. Will you be one?

It is time to ascend the hill of purity. It is time to grow in spiritual intimacy and maturity. It is time to forsake the attitude of a baby and come up higher. Rising and falling makes you repeat classes, here is a call to rise and never to fall. Keep rising!

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, your word says that I should come boldly before the throne of grace to find mercy and grace in times of need. Lord have mercy on me, cleanse my heart and wash my hands with your blood. Make me whole again, I refuse to participate in dead works in the name of Jesus. Purify me and make me a vessel unto honor in your hands. I receive the grace of God for my salvation as I journey through the earth for all-around victory in Jesus’ name.
